Warranty Guarantee
Our warranty means that from the date of purchase you are covered 3 years of assurance for complimentary repair or replacement of your jewellery against major defects. We are confident in our quality so if any defects occur from natural damages please rest assure as you are covered by us.
Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product
Warranty Claims Process
Manufacturing defects. Imperfection in design, materials, or workmanship.
Includes maintenance, like cleaning, inspections and polishing. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period
Once your warranty submission has gone through approval, you will receive a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable a store credit for a similar product. Refunds will not be issued under warranty claims.
Faulty or defective pieces will need to be sent back to us for inspection and reviewed for processing.
What is Not Covered under Valmaah Guarantee
Damages or defects due to loss, theft, outside repair work or other causes beyond our control e.g Outside jewellers works on the product and a defect develops due to their work will not be accepted.
Defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing to the jewellery, etc.), tampering, dismantling or services and repairs completed by third-party vendors or outside jewellers other than Valmaah are not covered under Valmaah's Warranty Gurantee.
Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear;
If your jewellery during the Warranty Process Period, reviewed by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at Valmaah's sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.
