Shipping policy

All of our orders will be shipped by Royal mail or Yodel. Orders over £250 will require a signature upon speacial delivery for security reasons and will be sent tracked free of charge.

 

Second Class Standard Signed Delivery :

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 17:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing and shipping
Standard shipping cost: GBP £4.99 (excluding Sunday & bank holidays)

1st Class Express Signed Delivery :

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 09:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Royal Mail 1st Class  Signed for delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing and shipping
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for shipping cost: GBP £6.99

Special Delivery Guaranteed: GBP £12.99 (Next working day by 1pm)

(Orders over £250 will automatically be selected for special delivery complimentary within UK)

Europe International Tracked & Signed GBP £14.99 (Usually In 3-7 business days) 

Worldwide International Shipping GBP (Usually In 5-10 business days)

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Valmaah is unable to deliver to PO boxe addresses. 
In unforeseen circumstances deliveries may be delayed on the part of our delivery partners. Valmaah can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
